KAS Workplace Solutions was founded by a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with over 20 years of senior management experience in one of the UK's most recognised retail brands.
Having spent two decades handling real workplace challenges - from complex employee relations cases to compliance, performance management and everything in between - KAS was built on one simple belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of HR support as large ones, without the corporate price tag.
We work exclusively with small businesses because that's where practical, no-nonsense HR makes the biggest difference.
